Introduction to
Data Management in Health Research Course
The Research
Support Centre will conduct an Introduction to Data Management in Health
Research Course from 3rd to 5th March 2009. The
objective of the course is to equip researchers with data management skills
needed to manage health research data in order to safeguard the integrity and
enhance the quality of the data collected in clinical and biomedical
scientific research.
The course is
designed for study team members directly involved in data collection (data
managers, data officers, quality assurance and quality control officers),
principal investigators and other logisticians who develop study protocols,
project managers, study nurses involved in the data collection, study
coordinators responsible for day-to-day field activities and study monitors
